Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee audit and taxation services for our UAE-based clients . The candidate will be based in our Manjeri office and will be responsible for coordinating with our Dubai office team and clients to ensure timely and high-quality audit and compliance services. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalize audits for UAE-based clients in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory standards. Coordinate with the Dubai office team and clients to gather financial information and ensure smooth audit processes. Review financial statements, assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement. Handle VAT & Corporate Tax compliance for UAE clients, including filings, advisory, and dispute resolution. Ensure adherence to UAE tax laws and regulations while assisting clients with tax planning. Provide guidance and training to junior team members on audit and taxation procedures. Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for audit and taxation matters. Qualifications & Skills: CMA(Ind) Qualified C A/CA Inter Qualified 3+ years of experience in audit, taxation, and financial reporting (experience with UAE clients is a plus). Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax laws . Excellent communication skills in English . Ability to manage multiple audits and tax engagements while meeting deadlines.
