Job responsibilities:-

 Build and maintain strong client relationships.  Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs.

 Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

 Resolve client complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.

 Respond to client queries via phone or email.

 Coordinate with internal teams for timely client responses.

 Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

 Prepare client satisfaction and issue resolution reports.

 Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance client experience.

 Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
