Our mission is to support and empower individuals on the autism spectrum and their families through innovative, compassionate, and data-driven approaches so they can ‘learn, live, and evolve’.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and detail-oriented Relationship Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for parents and stakeholders reaching out to IAC. This role is central to guiding prospective families through the admissions process and maintaining accurate lead data. In addition to managing communications and data, the executive will also play a key on-ground role- being present at the campus, engaging with visiting parents, offering campus tours, and answering all queries related to the center and its services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to incoming calls and queries from parents, caregivers, and stakeholders with empathy and professionalism.
● Record and upload detailed information from each call into the MIS system.
● Monitor, organize, and manage lead data using the MIS.
● Collaborate with the outreach, clinical, and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead processing and follow-ups.
● Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process.
● Offer in-person support to visiting parents by providing campus tours and answering questions with clarity and empathy.
● Represent IAC on campus with warmth and professionalism, helping parents feel informed, supported, and welcomed.
● Help improve and streamline lead management processes.
● Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while handling information related to individuals with autism and their families.
Key Qualities:
● Highly effective communicator- confident in handling both phone and in-person conversations.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
● Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
● High emotional intelligence and empathy, especially when engaging with parents of children with autism.
● Ability to take initiative, demonstrate urgency, and act promptly.
● Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
● Proficiency in handling and interpreting data using MIS and basic analytical tools.
● Organized, detail-focused, and accountable.
Qualifications:
● Open to graduates from any discipline.
● Prior experience in lead management, customer service, admissions, or related fields is an advantage.
(Comfort with technology, databases, and data interpretation tools preferred)
