Job Description

Role & responsibilities Financial Planning & Cost Management: Oversee budgets, provide cost estimates, and drive commercial strategies aligned with project goals. Procurement & Vendor Management: Lead procurement, negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain compliance. Contract Management & Compliance: Draft and manage contracts, resolve disputes, and ensure legal and regulatory adherence. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control: Conduct cost analysis, manage quantity take-offs, evaluate contractor claims, and identify cost-saving measures. Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure financial safeguards. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate across teams, report financial insights, and maintain thorough documentation. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Master’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 10+ years' experience in commercial management and quantity surveying, preferably in construction Expertise in procurement, contracts, financial planning, and cost estimation for large-scale projects Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Proficient in ERP systems, contract tools, and MS Office
