Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Support

• Act as the first point of contact for clients for requirements, updates, and event queries.
• Understand client expectations for different types of events.
• Maintain regular communication before, during, and after events.
  

Coordination With Internal Teams

• Support the CRM/Manager in sharing briefs with production, design, digital, and operations teams.
• Follow up with teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure client requirements are accurately communicated.
  

Event Planning Assistance

• Help prepare proposals, presentations, checklists, and event itineraries.
• Assist in venue recce visits and take notes on client preferences.
• Ensure all event setups and deliverables match approved plans.
  

On-Ground Event Support

• Assist in client handling and coordination during events.
• Manage activities like guest handling, VIP support, branding, and overall event flow.
• Resolve minor issues and update seniors on event progress.
  

Client Satisfaction & Feedback

• Collect feedback after events and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Escalate major concerns to the CRM/Manager.
  

Documentation & Follow-Ups

• Maintain client data, event documents, approvals, and logs.
• Follow up on approvals, payments, invoices, and post-event tasks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  

Business Support

• Assist in preparing quotes and sending proposals.
• Identify possible upsell opportunities.
• Support marketing and sales efforts with basic research.
  

Professional Communication

• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain a professional tone and excellent customer service.
• Represent the company confidently in meetings.
