Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Maintain regular communication to understand customer needs and expectations.

2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

3. Sales & Upselling

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
  • Assist in achieving sales and customer retention targets.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to help customers make informed decisions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and service trends.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
