As a Customer Relations Specialist (B2B) at our company, your role will involve being the main point of contact for B2B clients. You will be responsible for managing post-sales communication, addressing customer queries, and tracking client interactions for service improvement. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized solutions will be crucial in retaining clients and increasing renewal/conversion rates.
