Job Title:

Role Overview

Customer Relations Executive with an IT background

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Address customer queries, handle complaints, and coordinate with sales and operations teams for quick solutions.
Maintain and update
CRM databases
and digital customer records.
Support IT-related requirements such as software tools, reporting systems, and digital platforms.
Prepare and manage digital communication with clients via phone, email, and online channels.
Assist in generating reports and insights to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in
IT, Business, or related fields
.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of
IT systems, CRM software, and MS Office tools
.
Prior
customer support or client relations experience
preferred.
Willingness to
relocate to Sirhind, Punjab
.
