Job Description

We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-caller to join withus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, addressing enquiries, and nurturing positive client relationships to achieve sales targets and lead generation quotas. Requirements; Bachelor's degree in any field Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage Good command over English Language salary package ; 14000+Incentives ESI & PF Benefits Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases to introduce and promote various automobile models, features, and ongoing promotions. Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, further discussions with sales representatives, or service appointments. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, and assisting with inquiries or redirecting calls to appropriate departments (e.g., sales, service,). Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions related to products and services. Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of specific vehicles or services to meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects and existing customers. Data Management and Reporting: Update and maintain customer records, interactions, and appointments accurately in CRM software or similar tools. Make recordings of all sales phone calls and important notes for future reference. Submit daily progress reports and contribute to achieving individual and team targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
