Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, further discussions with sales representatives, or service appointments. Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, and assisting with inquiries or redirecting calls to appropriate departments (e.g., sales, service,). Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions related to products and services. Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of specific vehicles or services to meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects and existing customers. Data Management and Reporting: Update and maintain customer records, interactions, and appointments accurately in CRM software or similar tools. Make recordings of all sales phone calls and important notes for future reference. Submit daily progress reports and contribute to achieving individual and team targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
