Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Service Manager located in Kanayannur. The Group Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service operations across multiple branches. Daily tasks include managing service teams, ensuring quality control, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with the parts department. The role also involves monitoring service performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing service operations, staff supervision, and customer service
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Proficient in using service management software and tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
