Group Service Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Vayalat Motors PVT LTD as a Group Service Manager based in Kanayannur. Your main responsibility will be to oversee service operations across multiple branches. Your daily tasks will include managing service teams, ensuring quality control, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with the parts department. Additionally, you will be monitoring service performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
