Job Description:- Customer Relationship Manager Position:- Customer Relationship Manager Location: *Prime Square B-84 Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow, 226010* Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview: The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting overall business growth through excellent service and communication. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions and services. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Customer Support & ServiceAddress customer issues promptly and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with clients to ensure effective service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Accounts) to fulfil client requirements. Business Growth & RetentionIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Implement customer retention strategies. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication & ReportingOrganize regular client meetings, follow-ups and feedback sessions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools/software. Prepare weekly/monthly reports related to client interactions and service performance. Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Customer-oriented mindset with patience and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Good negotiation and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience in Customer Service/Relationship Management preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply (optional).
