Location: No-3, Roop Nagar Shalimar Bagh Main, Chitrakoot Marg, Near SBI Bank, Bhura Patel Nagar A, Tagore Nagar,Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302021 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Job Overview: We are hiring a Telecaller for Deep Finvest Limited, an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) associated with LegalDev Tax India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan recovery calling and a basic understanding of financial and loan services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments. Follow up consistently and professionally to ensure recovery. Maintain accurate records of interactions and recovery status. Educate customers on payment options and resolve basic queries. Coordinate with the internal recovery/legal team when required. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and recovery targets. Key Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in recovery or finance-related roles. Basic knowledge of loan products and recovery process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Ability to handle pressure and maintain customer professionalism.
