We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our software solutions to clients in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for visiting prospects, conducting demos, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C depending on product). Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase software features and benefits. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activities. Provide feedback from clients to improve the product or service. Maintain records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools. Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and technical support. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in software/IT). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical features in simple terms. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Comfortable with daily travel and field work. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems. Language proficiency in [mention local/regional languages if needed]. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience in B2B tech product sales is a plus. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for local travel). Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Allowances for travel and communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,466.97 - ₹20,599.94 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
