Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle daily office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, attendance sheets, and front-office records.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room arrangements.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Support HR/Admin with day-to-day office operations when required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
