Handle the "morning rush" with a smile and patience. Concierge Services: Act as a local guide. Arrange reliable auto/taxi transport for guests. Proactive Communication: Call guests prior to arrival to confirm booking details and inform them about restaurant timings/amenities to ensure they have a smooth stay. Reservation Management: Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and OTA platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, etc.). Crisis Management: Resolve guest issues (e.g., AC not working, extra bed requests) quickly by coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
