Front Desk Receptionist

Ensō Dental Care is a luxury, spa-inspired dental clinic focused on advanced dentistry, implants, smile design, and a calming patient experience.
We are looking for a smart, polished, highly reliable Reception + Clinic Manager who can independently run the front office, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth patient flow.

Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Warmly welcome all patients and create a calming first impression
• Manage check-ins, registrations, and patient flow
• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
• Explain waiting times, guide patients, and maintain a spa-like environment
• Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally

2. Clinic Management & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all departments run smoothly
• Coordinate between dentist, assistants, lab, vendors, and patients
• Ensure rooms, equipment, and materials are prepared before each shift
• Maintain daily checklists and enforce SOPs
• Manage staff attendance, discipline, and communication
• Track daily/weekly reports and ensure tasks are completed on time

3. Billing, Finance & Records

• Prepare estimates, create bills, and manage payments (UPI/card/cash)
• Maintain accurate patient records in clinic software
• Track daily revenue, outstanding payments, and deposit logs
• Maintain inventory, consumables, and place orders when required

4. Communication & Admin

• Confirm appointments and manage doctor schedules
• Follow up with patients for treatment plans and recalls
• Support marketing tasks (Google reviews, social media coordination, WhatsApp templates)
• Handle vendor calls, AMC schedules, service requests, and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
