The role involves client outreach, lead follow-up, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and persuasion skills. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads. Explain company services, upcoming events, and offerings. Maintain call records and follow-up schedules. Achieve daily and monthly call/conversion targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with the internal team for client and event updates. Requirements: Mandatory: Prior telecalling experience in Real Estate, E-commerce, PR Agencies, or Events/Summits . Excellent communication skills in English .
