Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telecalling from industries such as Real Estate, E-commerce, Public Relations, or Summits & Events. The role involves client outreach, lead follow-up, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Explain company services, upcoming events, and offerings.
• Maintain call records and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve daily and monthly call/conversion targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team for client and event updates.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior telecalling experience in Real Estate, E-commerce, PR Agencies, or Events/Summits.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
