Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at bp, your role is crucial in providing first and second line customer support to both external and internal customers, ensuring queries are handled promptly and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Implementing day-to-day customer service operational tasks to meet customer expectations and performance indicators - Acting as the main contact point for customer enquiries via various channels such as phone, email, and internet - Handling activities like account setup, order processing, complaint resolution, and supply monitoring - Logging and tracking queries and requests, ensuring accurate data entry in all systems - Supporting GBS activities through triage, partner concern resolution, and logging of customer inquiries To excel in this role, you should possess: - Graduation or equivalent qualification - Up to 3 years of customer service experience in a telephone or customer services environment - Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors - Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships - Time management, organization, and motivation skills - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications - Experience with SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage Additionally, key competencies required for this role include Inbound Document Management, Sales Order Management, Data Management & Control, Customer Service Delivery Quality, and more.
