Job Description

Role Overview: As the Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage the relationship with customers and oversee the logistical operations efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing shipment processes, maintaining compliance with export regulations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Foster strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders within the customers organization to enhance overall satisfaction. - Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely manner, minimizing escalations. - Collaborate with customer plants and overseas offices to prioritize shipments and allocate carriers effectively. - Coordinate logistics planning and execution with 3PL partners for seamless operations. - Oversee the export process across different transport modes, from cargo readiness to shipment tracking. - Manage material/container pickup and customs clearance processes in coordination with transport providers and CHAs. - Prepare export-related documents and ensure compliance with export regulations and customer-specific requirements. - Maintain operational reports for data accuracy and transparency. - Drive an ownership mindset within internal teams to achieve top-quartile results in customer experience. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3-5 years in logistics, export coordination, or customer service in a similar industry. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Skills: - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Hands-on experience in export documentation and international logistics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management systems. - Preferred Knowledge of SAP and OTM system. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Location Flexibility: Comfortable working on-site at the customers premises in Chakan, Pune.
