Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at our global energy business in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in providing first and second-line support to both external and internal customers. Your responsibilities will include handling telephone and written inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for various customer service processes and will work towards achieving a high percentage of first contact resolution. In this role, you will be expected to implement day-to-day operational tasks related to customer service, adhere to service level agreements, and uphold the core values of the customer service function. You will serve as the primary contact for verbal and written inquiries from external customers, consumers, and internal stakeholders, addressing a wide range of topics including account setup, order processing, complaint resolution, and more. Your role will involve providing customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and internet, ensuring that all customer requests are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently. You will also collaborate with various teams to address high-risk customer issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall service delivery. To excel in this position, you should possess strong customer service skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities. A minimum of 12 months of previous experience in a customer service or telephone environment is preferred. Additionally, you should have a graduation standard or equivalent qualification. This role offers a hybrid working environment with a negligible travel requirement. It is also eligible for relocation within the country.
