Job Role: Customer Care Executive Inbound & Mail Chat (Hyuga Life)

Hyuga Life is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care team. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chat support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service quality.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualification: HSC / Graduate (in any discipline).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Compensation:

Salary: Up to 18,000 (in-hand)
CTC: Up to 22,000
