Hi Job Seekers!

We are Hiring in Bulk | International Voice Process | Kolkata

Note:This will be 24/7 shifts, do not apply if not comfortable for night shifts.

Position Details

Designation:

Compensation & Work Schedule

Fixed Salary:
20,000 per month + 2,000 Performance Incentive
Training:
3-month paid training with certification upon completion
Shift:
24x7 rotational (open for both male and female candidates)
Working Days:
5 days per week | 2 rotational week offs
Working Hours:
9.5 hours per day (including 1-hour break)

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification:
12th pass or above
Age:
18 to 30 years
Excellent
spoken English communication
is mandatory
Comfortable working in
rotational shifts and night schedules
Must be able to
work from office
Immediate joiners preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
Maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction and service quality
.
Accurately log and document customer interactions in internal systems.
Follow standard operating procedures and communication guidelines.
Meet individual and team performance targets including quality and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth query resolution.
