We are hiring forCustomer Care Executive for Lucknow location!!

Salary : 1.75 LPA to 2.25 LPA

Role & responsibilities :

Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes.
Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics but be able to think on your feet as needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to higher-level support or the appropriate department.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Meet individual and team performance goals (e.g., call handling time, quality, customer satisfaction).

Preferred candidate profile

Both graduates and undergraduates are welcomed.
Candidates must have fluency in English.
