Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.* Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.* Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution rates.* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.Job Requirements* 1-5 years of experience in a call center environment or similar BPO setting.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer queries effectively.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
