Process: Customer Support Executive / Telecaller - Voice Process

Lcoation:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information and support as per process guidelines
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Fresher / 03 years in BPO Voice Process
  • Languages: Marathi & Hindi (Mandatory), Basic English
  • Shift: Day Shift (Rotational weekends if required)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Gender: Male & Female both can apply
  • Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
