Role Overview:
As the Culture & Development Manager, your mission is to envision and embed the SavorWorks brand into the core of every employee, transforming them into active ambassadors of the brand. You will craft a strategic movement that aligns team behaviors, training, and set solid, proven standard operational practices. Your strong leadership will foster a warm, high-performance work environment, creating an authentic experience for guests. By building a cohesive culture, you will ensure that the brand’s essence is passionately represented by every team member, resulting in a truly unified and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine SOPs across departments and ensure consistency in hospitality services.
- Envision and develop a comprehensive cultural movement that integrates the brand’s philosophy into all employee interactions and behaviors.
- Create and execute training programs that empower employees to become authentic brand ambassadors to deliver excellence aligned with brand values.
- Tailor SOPs and training programs to adapt to different outlet locations and challenges.Troubleshoot operational or behavioral gaps, and implement targeted solutions.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze operational data, generate reports, and provide strategic insights for continuous development.
- Foster ongoing communication, motivation, and recognition programs that reinforce the brand movement.
- Oversee cost control, recipe management, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate procurement to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Address employee grievances, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Handle operations, oversee hiring, onboarding, and training programs across outlets to ensure consistency and excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Has solid experiences in hospitality training.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in the restaurant, café, or hotel industry within the premium segment.
- Successful track record in team leadership, training, and operational excellence within premium hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and embed cultural change.
- Strategic thinker with structured approaches to brand and employee alignment.
- Excellent communication, PR, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and evaluate metrics for cultural and operational success.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on driving sales, profitability, and delivering an authentic guest experience.
