Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Associate to join our team in the South Indian cuisine department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and hospitality, with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in cooking South Indian cuisine, with a strong understanding of spices and flavors.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
