CTO & Co-Founder – FinPe | Mandatory Experience in Next.js & Mobile App Development | Chennai-Based

FinPe is a new-age fintech platform redefining how individuals manage, save, and optimize their loans. Our mission is to help every borrower make smarter financial decisions through automation, transparency, and real-time insights.

The company is founded by an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in digital businesses - having previously built a ₹4,000+ crore book size and successfully exited two startups. FinPe is his third venture, with an ambitious goal to achieve a ₹100 crore monthly run rate in the coming phase.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Full Stack Developer in a product or fintech startup.

Strong command over Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience in mobile app development (React Native or Flutter).

Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of data privacy, security frameworks, and payment gateway integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Fintech, Lending, or Payments industry.

Exposure to AI/ML-driven systems or data analytics pipelines.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and financial APIs.

Compensation

First few months: ESOP-based engagement (founding team level) during the final development and launch phase of the application.

After few month onwards: Fixed CTC + continued ESOP benefits, linked to performance and company growth milestones.

We are also in the process of raising VC funding, which will further strengthen the compensation and growth structure for the core team.

Location

Chennai-based candidates only or those willing to relocate.

On-site collaboration preferred during the early product build phase.
