Job Description

Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement the strategies to raise funding for sustainability of academy.
  • Identify key social issues and opportunities for engagement, ensuring relevance to the organization’s mission.
  • To initiate with donations for payment of fees and other institutional developments.


Program Management:

  • Design, execute, and monitor CSR based fund raising initiatives, including community development, environmental sustainability, and employee volunteer programs.
  • Oversee partnerships with non-profit organizations and community stakeholders for raising funding.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community leaders, and NGOs.
  • Facilitate open communication regarding CSR initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.


Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare regular reports on CSR activities, metrics, and outcomes for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding social responsibility.
  • Prepare fund utilization reports quarterly to the donors and other stakeholders.


Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and promote donors involvement in CSR programs and initiatives.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about corporate social responsibility requirements of academy among corporates/businesses.


Budget Management:

  • Manage the CSR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of CSR initiatives.


Communication and Advocacy:

  • Create and disseminate communications about CSR programs, including newsletters, press releases, and social media updates.


Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CSR initiatives. Conduct impact assessments.


Requirement:

No. of years of experience – between 2-3 years

Key points – CSR, Fund raising, writing reports, collaborations etc.
