Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Solution Architect / Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud with strong functional and techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, and HCM
The role demands an enterprise-wide perspective to design and govern cross-module solutions, ensuring seamless integration of business processes across multiple workstreams

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, and HCM
Own cross-functional design decisions and manage cross-module dependencies
Define and govern business flows: P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R
Translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
Review FDDs and resolve design gaps and conflicts
Drive Oracle Cloud best practices and standardization
Lead solution workshops, governance forums, and UAT activities
Mentor consultants across Finance, SCM, and HCM teams

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of Oracle implementation experience with strong Fusion Cloud exposure
Deep techno-functional expertise in Finance, SCM, and HCM
Proven experience in enterprise-level, cross-functional solutioning
Experience in large-scale, multi-entity, multi-geography implementations
Functional Expertise (Any Two Required)
Core ERP Finance
HCM (Org Structure, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation) Procurement
EPM (Planning & Budgeting)

Certifications

Oracle Certified in at least one Finance or SCM module
Additional Fusion certifications are an advantage
