Cutover Management

Ensures data integrity as data migrates from external systems Google Sheets and internal systems new SAP PLM layouts

Roles and Access definition

Overhaul current approval structure to ensure appropriate approvers at appropriate locations will require system mapping along with business alignment

Super user and end user Training

Deliver training to identified team members to ensure end users are competent in daily functions and team members can deliver on troubleshooting activities

Change Management Approvals and Communication

Implementation of standard incompletely configurated change management functionality configuration of approval workflows and standardizesimplify communication methods
