About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRO Specialist to optimize user journeys, increase conversion rates, and improve overall website performance. You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to run experiments, analyze insights, and recommend actionable improvements that enhance user experience and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed audits of websites, landing pages, and user funnels to identify conversion opportunities.
  • Develop and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization experiments.
  • Analyze quantitative (analytics) and qualitative (user behavior) data to uncover insights and friction points.
  • Create experiment hypotheses, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement CRO test variations.
  • Monitor experiment performance and compile post-test reports with actionable insights.
  • Use heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and other UX research tools to understand user behavior.
  • Continuously track KPIs such as conversion rate, CTR, bounce rate, and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Omniconvert).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of heatmap/session tools (Heap, Content Square, Hotjar, Clarity, Crazy Egg).
  • Ability to create clear experiment hypotheses and interpret statistical significance.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.



Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, Leadpages).
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or performance marketing environments.
