About the Role

We are seeking a bold, driven, and highly communicative SEO & Link Building Manager to join our growing team. This is not just another desk job, we're looking for someone who can lead from the front, build real relationships, and get things done. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing smart, results-oriented SEO strategies with a heavy focus on high-quality link building.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our link-building campaigns across multiple brands and industries
• Build and maintain relationships with the team
• Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to support SEO goals
• Own and execute off-page SEO strategies that drive rankings, authority, and traffic
• Oversee SEO reporting, track KPIs, and make data-backed decisions
• Manage a team of outreach executives or freelancers and ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Actively stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and link-building (agency or in-house)
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• A natural people-person, persuasive and confident in outreach and negotiations
• Self-motivated and execution-focused – you thrive on accountability and ownership
• Strong organisational and managerial skills – you know how to prioritise, delegate, and deliver
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.)
