Greetings !! We have an urgent opening for the position of CRM Specialist for Chennai - Vallam location. Job Title : CRM Specialist Summary: Own and optimize customer relationship workflows, ensuring prompt responses and effective followups to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Set up, maintain, and update customer data and interaction logs. Monitor and track customer responses daily; ensure timely, proactive followups on every interaction. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to spot trends and areas for improvement. Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure smooth communication handoffs and shared customer knowledge. Ensure data is accurate, organized, and compliant with privacy standards. Required Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent written communicationclear, timely followups. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic customer data. Proactive approach to managing customer interactions.
