Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate to join our team at Air India, responsible for handling Central Agency Refunds and ADM Support. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of experience in a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process refunds for central agency clients.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues.
Analyze and resolve complex refund-related problems.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
