About Divine Edge Properties

Divine Edge Properties is a fast-growing real estate channel partner in Kolkata managing 360° digital marketing, sales operations, and performance campaigns. We’re building an in-house LMS (Lead Management System) to unify our ad data, lead tracking, and client management pipelines across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools.

We’re looking for a capable, hands-on professional who can design and deploy a custom LMS/CRM system tailored for the real-estate industry—integrated, automated, and scalable.

Role Overview

You’ll architect, develop, and implement a CRM/LMS system that connects Divine Edge’s marketing funnels, sales teams, and customer pipelines into one efficient dashboard.

You’ll collaborate directly with our Head of Marketing to design workflows for lead capture, nurturing, follow-up automation, and sales performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build an integrated Lead Management System (LMS) customized for real-estate operations.
  • Integrate data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website forms, and WhatsApp/Email into a central CRM.
  • Set up automated lead routing, follow-up reminders, and sales stage tracking.
  • Create user dashboards for sales agents and management with analytics (CPL, conversion, ROI, etc.).
  • Implement contact segmentation, tagging, and lead scoring.
  • Ensure easy import/export of leads between Ads, CRM, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Maintain database hygiene, backup, and data security protocols.
  • Deploy via no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Softr, Bubble, Make/Zapier) or custom tech stack (React, Node, Firebase, etc.), depending on skillset.
  • Train internal teams and ensure system scalability as lead volume grows.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience building or customizing CRMs / LMS for real estate, agency, or SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or equivalent).
  • Experience with APIs and webhooks (Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business API).
  • Understanding of UI/UX for dashboards and database design principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset to connect marketing data with sales operations.
  • Knowledge of real estate lead funnels and campaign tracking is a major plus.

Preferred Tools & Stack

  • No-Code: Airtable, Softr, Glide, Bubble, Make, Zapier
  • Custom Stack (optional): React, Node.js, Firebase, SQL
  • Analytics & Ads: Google Ads API, Meta Graph API, GA4
  • CRM Integrations: HubSpot, Cronberry, Zoho, or custom equivalents
