Role Description

We are looking for a CRM Executive with a medical background, such as a medical doctor or MBBS intern, to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of medical knowledge and customer relationship management (CRM) expertise. This role will be responsible for managing patient communications, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the development of patient engagement strategies in a healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide expert skincare advice and guidance to customers, utilising your medical knowledge to address queries related to skin health, treatments, and product benefits.
  • Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns, offering solutions, and creating a positive customer journey.
  • Medical Expertise: Use your medical background (MBBS, medical intern, or similar) to assist in understanding customer needs, particularly for customers with medical skin concerns.
  • Product Education: Educate customers about SkinInspired’s product offerings, ingredients, and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
  • CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions, feedback, and product inquiries. Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer issues or concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to share customer insights, suggest product improvements, and support campaigns.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and enhance retention.


Qualifications

  • Medical background (MBBS, medical intern, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical or skincare information for customers.
  • Experience in customer service or CRM roles is a plus, especially in the healthcare or skincare sector.
  • Knowledge of skincare and dermatology, especially related to common skin concerns and treatments.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve healthier skin.
