CRM Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CRM Associate. This role will involve managing customer relationships in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer data within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights into customer trends and sales performance.
• Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, including data entry and lead generation.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and technology advancements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, preferred- BBA or BCOM
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is a strong advantage
