About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM Intern to support customer communication, order follow-up, and customer service coordination.
This internship is suitable for candidates interested in Customer Relationship Management, Support, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling customer calls and messages.
• Support customers with order status, product queries, and issue resolution.
• Update and maintain CRM records and customer data.
• Follow up with logistics and operations teams for order updates.
• Prepare basic customer service reports.
• Ensure proper communication and customer satisfaction.
• Support daily workflow of the CRM department.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
