We’re Hiring: Head of Operations / Supply Chain Are you passionate about fashion, supply chain excellence, and scaling operations? *We’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our Operations & Supply Chain and play a pivotal role in taking our clothing brand to the next level. What You’ll Do : Lead end-to-end supply chain – sourcing, production, warehousing & logistics. Build strong partnerships with vendors, factories, and suppliers. Ensure on-time production while maintaining top-notch quality standards. Oversee inventory for retail + e-commerce channels with zero stockouts. Drive cost efficiencies while keeping sustainability in focus. Collaborate with design, merchandising & retail teams to deliver collections seamlessly. What We’re Looking For : 8–12 years of experience in fashion / apparel supply chain & operations. Strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management & garment production. Experience in handling multi-channel distribution (offline + online). Tech-savvy with ERP/supply chain tools. A strategic thinker with a hands-on problem-solving mindset. Why Join Us?
