Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Head of Operations / Supply Chain
Are you passionate about fashion, supply chain excellence, and scaling operations?

*We’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our Operations & Supply Chain and play a pivotal role in taking our clothing brand to the next level.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead end-to-end supply chain – sourcing, production, warehousing & logistics.
• Build strong partnerships with vendors, factories, and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time production while maintaining top-notch quality standards.
• Oversee inventory for retail + e-commerce channels with zero stockouts.
• Drive cost efficiencies while keeping sustainability in focus.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising & retail teams to deliver collections seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For :

• 8–12 years of experience in fashion / apparel supply chain & operations.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management & garment production.
• Experience in handling multi-channel distribution (offline + online).
• Tech-savvy with ERP/supply chain tools.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
