CRM Executive

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

2. CRM System Management

• Update and maintain customer data accurately in the CRM system.
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure data integrity.
• Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management review.

3. Customer Support & Service

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide customers with product/service information as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful service delivery.

4. Loyalty & Retention Activities

• Develop and execute customer retention strategies.
• Track customer churn and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives.

5. Communication & Follow-Up

• Conduct regular follow-up calls/emails to maintain engagement.
• Share product updates, offers, and relevant notifications with customers.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, or service visits.

6. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and satisfaction levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommend improvements.

7. Process Improvement

• Suggest enhancements to CRM workflows and procedures.
• Work with IT or CRM vendors to resolve system issues or implement upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.

8. Coordination with Sales & Marketing

• Share customer insights with sales and marketing teams.
• Support campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach activities.
• Help track and nurture leads through the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
