Job Description

  • Maintain and update customer database with accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers for feedback after sales or service.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams for smooth customer communication.
  • Manage customer appointment scheduling and reminders (via calls, SMS, WhatsApp or email).
  • Execute customer engagement activities such as birthday/anniversary greetings, festival wishes, and promotional messages.
  • Track and monitor customer buying history and behaviour.
  • Help in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain records of walk-ins, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
  • Generate daily, weekly & monthly CRM reports for management analysis.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support improvement strategies.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events, or feedback surveys when required.
