Job Title: CRM Associate / CRM Executive/CRM Intern

Location : Cherlapally, Hyderabad.

Reporting to: CRM Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Associate to manage and enhance customer relationships by implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will oversee CRM systems, analyze customer data, and develop customer retention initiatives to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (email, calls, live chat).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and address post-sale concerns.
  • CRM System Management:
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Automate processes to enhance customer experience and team productivity.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute customer-focused campaigns.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
