Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the Real Estate industry, your role will involve handling various tasks related to CRM and client communication. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling bookings and logging them in the CRM system. - Preparing and issuing Allotment Letters and Buyer's Agreements to clients. - Following up on Allotment letters, Buyer's Agreements, etc. - Generating Company MIS & DSR reports. - Maintaining files and document records. - Managing post-sales queries through emails and calls. - Coordinating with the sales team. - Formatting and issuing documents to clients such as Credit Notes, transfer documents of Resale, Demand letters, and Receipts. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - Must be presentable with good communication skills. - Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. - Previous experience in the Real Estate industry, specifically in residential or commercial projects, is preferred. - Good knowledge of CRM procedures in the real estate sector.
