CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

Role Overview: As a part of the team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty. You will also handle customer complaints, monitor satisfaction metrics, and support the sales team with upselling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end order processing from order receipt to fulfillment. - Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Understand customer requirements, identify pain points, and provide proactive solutions. - Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly. - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty. - Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. - Support the sales team with upselling or cross-selling opportunities when applicable.
