Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in CRM consulting, focusing on customer relationship management and sales growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Experience with CRM software and technology, including configuration and customization options.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to apply them in a CRM context.
